This photo was taken on board m.s. Hekla (II) 30st August 1966 off the South coast of Iceland on my fathers 50th birthday. He was AB on the vessel which was a passenger ship. My sister is two years older than I.

This photo was taken the summer of 2004 while we where travelling on a narrow boat on the canals in UK. From left, my son in law Sibbi, my granddaugther Elma, I, my wife Áslaug, my son Guðmundur Már and my daughter Anna Sigríður.

Since then a new grandchild was born in 2005. Here has my wife taken photo of me, my granddaughter Elma Rún, son-in-law Sibbi, grandson Björn Kári and my daughter Anna Sigríður. We are in Rendsburg by the Kiel kanal where I was taking pictures of ships.
